Always very professional and caring staff. Medical doctors are excellent, and the range of services they provide is quite extensive. They never rush me, offer very professional advice, very reasonable, and offer an excellent referral service.

Awesome & Lovely reception staff including management, but that’s just the beginning, the doctors are superb, kind & intelligent especially Dr Cora Mayor. I always feel listened to and well cared for, Cora never misses the finer details and is consistently thorough. Look no further than bayside family medical !

Always friendly and helpful staff at reception. High standard of professionalism from doctors and other medicos. Feel comfortable discussing medical issues with my regular doctor and others if she is not available. Easy parking.

Almost adequate, heading towards satisfactory. Admin staff now occassionally smile when not hiding behind their computers. Big structural improvements seem to have occurred to ensure doctors are less grumpy.

Appointment with Dr Trisha Nichol went well today. Explained very clearly any questions I had leaving me more knowledgeable on the issue. A very pleasant lady indeed.
